MEETING FEBRUARY 25TH @ HALL CENTER AND INDY IS COMING CLOSER!

It may still be cold outside but the summer months will be upon us before we know it and the time for the Outdoor Screenings will be upon us. There will be a meeting February 25th at the Hall Center for the Arts at 7pm on the campus of Howard College....there is a possibility that we may be screening a few short films, and then discussing the Raiders screening: some ideas we have thrown around are a Indiana Jones costume contest or just encouraging people to dress in Indy type garb, we have also thrown around the idea of a Indiana Jones short film contest. Considering the Raiders screening is in almost 2 months we may want to push the short film contest to next year when we screen Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom.

Still need volunteers of course to help with the concession stand and crowd control, if you want to help or know someone who wants to help please let us know! There was a nice write up in the paper about the film society here and we are also very excited about the coverage we will be getting in the Herald's monthly magazine, "Living" next month.
